Terms of return

JEWELRY RETURN AND EXCHANGE

1. We accept for exchange jewelry in new and unused condition with a sales receipt. Upon receipt of the item for exchange, our craftsmen will check the condition of the item for quality control. After checking the condition of the item, we will exchange it for a similar or any other item in the same price range or with additional payment.
2. Exchange is possible within 14 days after receipt at the post office.
3. Exchange is not possible if the jewelry has changed its properties due to improper use: being in a swimming pool, interaction with alkaline detergents, substances containing chlorine and iodine, creams and ointments containing mercury and its compounds, as well as due to the influence of other external factors.
